In 1910, Saverio Iorio founded Iorio Construction Company, specializing in commercial and industrial buildings. Since that time the tradition of servicing industry needs has continued. In 1993, Iorio expanded their business to include realty services to commercial renters and lessors, coming full circle in providing for any possible property needs for our clients. Through our construction and realty companies, Iorio can provide for the needs of any business, from the smallest local operations to the largest international conglomerates.

The president of our construction company is Victor P. Iorio. Victor is responsible for securing all company projects, overseeing their negotiation to a satisfactory contract. In addition, Victor is the Broker-of-Record for V. P. Iorio Realty, Inc. In this position he is responsible for the negotiation of all real estate transactions. Victor works diligently with both the lessor and lessee to oversee a palatable agreement for everyone.

When a construction project has been secured, it is passed to Peter Guerrasio. Peter is Iorio's Project Manager, with over 25 years of experience in this position. In his 20 year history with Iorio, Peter has handled every detail of the construction and coordination, including estimating, bidding, and hiring of all contractors. As liaison between Iorio and the end user, Peter ensures that the projects remain on schedule and on budget. Peter is also a licensed New Jersey real estate agent.

Controller Marie Hausner handles all accounting and administrative duties for both Iorio Construction Company, Inc. and V. P. Iorio Realty, Inc. With 20 years of experience in these duties -- over 15 of them with Iorio -- ensure that these tasks are handled expertly and efficiently.

George W. Hullen is our vice-president having over 24 years of combined experience in real estate and transactional matters along with a background in law and construction. George holds a Juris Doctorate degree in law and is a recognized licensed New Jersey Attorney.

Our Administrative Assistant is Dolores Gumina. Her substantial prior experience provides invaluable support to our entire team.
